As a rule we supply quality certificate with all shipments and, as well as normal chemical analyses, we can offer full mechanical test results.
All incoming material is visually inspected and Positive Material Identification tested before processing begins and all our production is checked during processing and at the completion stage for size, properties and appearance. Most of our work is produced to individual customer specifications that involve producing and proving trials prior to production.
Final Inspection is carried out on all finished material to include:

All material used by Bosun Alloy Factory is fully certified and traceable back to the primary source.
